Joinery is the heart of a premium fit-out — and Sinas Interior keeps it in-house. Our own CNC joinery and manufacturing facility, run by skilled finishers, produces the display units, feature elements and fixtures that define a luxury store. Established in 1986, with 1,000+ projects and a 300+ strong team, we treat joinery as a core capability, not a subcontract.
Why in-house joinery matters
When joinery is outsourced, tolerances drift, programmes lengthen and accountability blurs. By manufacturing in our own facility we hold tight tolerances on complex work, compress lead times, and keep one team responsible from drawing to installation. For luxury retail, where a misaligned veneer joint is visible from across the store, that control is decisive.
What we manufacture
Display vitrines and secure showcases; cash and consultation desks; wall systems and feature walls; shopfronts and portals; back-of-house storage; and bespoke furniture. We work in book-matched veneers, solid timber, polished and brushed metals, stone and specialist surfaces, integrating lighting and low-current into the joinery where needed.
CNC precision and fine finishing
CNC machining gives repeatable accuracy on complex geometry; our finishers then bring the hand-craft — spray finishing, veneer matching and metal detailing — that separates luxury joinery from standard millwork. A recent anonymised example is the in-house-fabricated curved woven-mesh feature wall from a luxury watch boutique, where the compound curve was held to tight tolerance.
Fire compliance built in
Where required we build over FR-rated substrates with certified fire-retardant treatment, with documentation prepared up front for Dubai Civil Defence approval.
